Day 1: Shoot, Shoot, Shoot!
Photograph multiple models in multiple shooting bays. Practice posing strategies, and composition that will help you help you build an impactful, professional portfolio. We'll focus on live direction and refining your work.
The best part is we do all the legwork of booking models, HMUA, styling etc. This can absolutely be aligned with what YOU want to focus on!
Walk away with portfolio worthy images, a studio workflow you can repeat, confidence directing real clients and clear next steps for your business.
Day 2: Perfect Your Business Workflow and Client Processes
We connect the dots between what you shoot, what sells, and how to price and present it. You’ll learn how to structure sessions efficiently, what images convert in sales, and how to stop underpricing your work.
We’ll also focus on editing, retouching, and developing a post-processing workflow that will set your work apart.
Gain actionable tips and strategies for growing your photography business, handling client relationships, and optimizing your workflow for greater efficiency.

Hi, I’m Lauren—a portrait photographer and mentor with 16 years of experience and a deep love for all things studio.
I’ve built and run three successful studio spaces, earned accreditation through The Portrait Masters, and helped dozens of photographers refine their craft, grow their confidence, and scale their pricing with intention (my own average sales went from $250 to $2400).
At the Masterclass, I’ll be guiding you through lighting, posing, styling, and business strategies that actually work. You’ll also get to collaborate with my trusted team of stylists, makeup artists, and creative partners to build a strong, portfolio-worthy body of work—all in a supportive, hands-on environment designed to help you thrive.
Attendance is capped at 4–6 photographers to ensure quality, access, and individual feedback.
