Studio Space Rentals

1/2 day (4 hours) | $500 (125/h)

Full day (10 hours) |  $1100 (110/h)

2 day | $1800 (90/h)

3 day | $2250 (75/h)

7 day | $4200 (50/h)

30% discount on bookings made before December 31, 2022. Events to take place in December, January or February 2023.


Rates are for use of space only. Event planner, bartender, equipment, beverages, studio props, backdrops are not included. 

Bartender/studio manager available. Please enquire. 




Full payment of the rental fee is required to place a booking.

Payment can be made when signing the online contract. We accept all major credit cards.

Extra charges may apply from damages to the unit, equipment, or for the disposal of garbage and clean-up.

Damage deposit required. 

Extra charges may apply when using hot lights.

Length of Use

Rental periods are pre-arranged with the studio manager. Time includes set-up and breakdown. Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period.

No prior drop-off and/or pick-up after completion of shoot, of equipment, props, catering dishes, etc. unless negotiated at time of rental contract. Additional fees may apply. Early or extended hours must be pre-arranged with the studio manager.

Cancellation Policy

72 hours or less – No refund

72 hours to 2 weeks – 50% of rental refunded

More than 2 weeks – Full refund


Renters are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Please inquire for more info.
